Manvir Singh is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a striker for Goa in the Indian Super League.A youth product of Minerva Punjab, Singh signed with Mohammedan of the Calcutta Football League in July 2016. On 26 March 2017, Singh scored the winning goal in the 2017 Santosh Trophy Final for West Bengal against Goa.

The left-winger from Manipur made was marked for greatness as soon as he was selected for Indian national squad in 2015 against Oman. He was named as I-league’s best player in 2014-15 season and Pune City FC paid big bucks to include him in their team last season. This season, the Manipuri will find himself playing for Mumbai CIty FC along with the likes of Diego Forlan and Indian Captain Sunil Chhetri. 4) Arjun Tudu 


Delhi Dynamos announced the signing of Arjun Tudu in July, 2016. The player who has not featured in a single I-league game, is now on the watchlist for this season. the 25-year old Tudu played in domestic league for Services and helped the team in retaining Santosh Trophy in 2016. He got a chance to be included in the national squad when he was scouted by Coach Stephen Constantine in December last year. Now the striker, who has tremendous close control skills that help him in deceiving the defenders and natural goal-scoring ability, is going to play for the Roaring Lions. He has already scored a goal for the club in the pre-season- a powerful header that won Dynamos its game against Swedeish club Assyriska BK. He could be the dark horse for the Lions this season.

3) Debjit Majumder


The 29-year-old goalkeeper was pivotal in The Bengal Tigers’ campaign last season. It was Debjit who pulled off the mind-blowing save, off his right leg, as he denied Cedric Hengbart from the penalty spot, eventually leading ATK to their second championship title. Alert and responsive, the custodian will continue to strengthen the Kolkata outfit with his performances between the sticks.




2) Jeje Lalpekhlua

Jeje Lalpekhlua is one of the brightest young talents in the country. In 2007, he signed for Pune FC after which he was loaned out to Pailan Arrows where he scored 13 goals in 15 games in 2010-11. He went back to Pune FC the following season and later turned out for Dempo. He moved to Mohun Bagan and won the Hero I-League in his first year with the Mariners. Jeje had a brilliant first season of the Hero ISL. He scored four goals in the league, the most by any Indian. Hero ISL 2015 saw him better his tally by ending the season as the highest-scoring Indian from open play with six goals. He also provided three assists. Last year he scored three more times while bagging two assists. Jeje has been exceptional in the last few years in India colours too and will definitely be one to watch out again.
